Dr Mercy Korir is a Kenyan medical doctor and health journalist, and the CEO and Editor-in-Chief of Willow Health Media. She holds a degree in medicine and surgery and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies, both from the University of Nairobi.
She practised medicine before moving into full-time journalism. At Standard Group, she led a multimedia health and science desk and presented health coverage for KTN News. Her background combines medical knowledge with experience in explaining health research and public health issues through broadcast, print and digital media.
